Job Description :

Richland County Employment and Family Services is seeking full-time Unit Support 2 positions.

Responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls through the call center and answering on duty, greeting, assisting and directing those requesting or receiving public assistance to the appropriate agency staff or others agencies.

Minimum requirements:

  • Ability to calculate fractions, decimals and percentages;
  • Fill out forms and write more routine correspondence;
  • 3 courses or 3 months of experience in public relations;
  • 3 courses or 3 months of experience in office practices and procedures;
  • 100 hours of training or 1 month of typing experience;
  • Or education, training and / or experience in an amount equal to the minimum qualifications stated above.

Preferred Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in social work, sociology, psychology or related field.

Salary: $ 15.32 per hour or more depending on the diploma
