SAPPMA welcomes Enrike Albasini as new Administrative Manager

The South African Plastic Pipe Manufacturers Association (SAPPMA) is delighted to welcome Enrike Albasini as its new Administrative Officer. She will take over from Louise Muller who held this position for 12 years.

Born and raised in Pretoria, Enrike, 28, graduated in Event Management and holds a Bachelor of Marketing in Management from the University of South Africa (UNISA). Prior to joining SAPPMA on February 1, 2022, she was self-employed and worked in the hospitality industry as a banquet coordinator.

“I am very happy with my appointment, excited to learn new skills and learn about the plastic pipe industry. Although I am a little nervous about replacing Louise, I will do my best to apply all my knowledge and everything I have learned and acquired from my studies to serve and support this dynamic industry,” says Enrike.

She describes herself as an avid reader, social media guru, and someone who enjoys living life to the fullest.

As SAPPMA’s administrative officer, Enrike will focus on building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential members. She will also be responsible for daily administrative tasks, communication, coordination and consolidation in order to provide better service to their members.

“This is a great year for SAPPMA as we will be hosting our international PIPES XIII conference in September this year after a two-year absence due to COVID-19. We are excited about the opportunity to resume many of our functions and activities. normal and we are already back on track!” Enrike concludes.
