Job: Customer support and administration at Zamantee Africa

We are hiring Customer Service Support to manage talent requests and support customers. You will also be required to process registrations, meetings, changes and escalate complaints through a number of communication channels. To do well in this role, you must be able to stay calm when customers are frustrated and have experience with computers.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Respond quickly to customer requests.
  • Communicate with customers through different channels.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints.
  • Know our products inside out so you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, requests and requests.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as needed.
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the customer service process.
  • Management of a team of junior account managers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
